- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the meat mixture.
- Divide the taco rice mixture among four bowls.
- Top each bowl with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
Notes
Serve immediately. You can add other toppings like avocado or black beans if desired.
