Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
- In a separate medium bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions, but use the melted butter instead of the oil or butter specified on the package.
- Add the prepared stuffing to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through and lightly golden on top.
Notes
You can top the casserole with extra buttered stuffing crumbs during the last 10 minutes of baking for a crispier topping.
