Method
- In a blender, combine the matcha powder, milk, and sweetener. Blend until smooth and the matcha is fully incorporated.
- Add the chilled brewed coffee and ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and well combined. If it's too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, add more ice.
- Pour the creamy matcha coffee into a glass.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, you can add a dash of vanilla extract. If you prefer a stronger coffee flavor, use a double shot of espresso instead of brewed coffee.
