Crab Crescent Bites Delight

These crab crescent bites are a simple and delicious appetizer. They combine creamy crab filling with flaky crescent roll dough for a crowd-pleasing treat.

Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 8 oz crab meat drained and flaked
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
For the Bites
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls 8 count each

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough. Separate each sheet into 4 triangles.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture onto the wider end of each crescent roll triangle.
  5. Roll up the crescent dough from the wide end to the point, enclosing the filling.
  6. Place the rolled bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can add a sprinkle of chopped chives or parsley to the crab mixture for extra flavor and color. Serve warm.
