- Combine cottage cheese, eggs, psyllium husk powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet if needed.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot skillet to form a thin wrap. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
- Carefully flip the wrap with a spatula and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, making about 4 wraps.
- Serve warm with your favorite fillings.
Notes
These wraps are best served fresh. You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
