Cottage Cheese Lasagna Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese full fat or low fat
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce your favorite brand
  • 1/4 cup cooked ground meat beef, turkey, or chicken
  • 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cottage cheese and marinara sauce. Stir well.
  2. Add the cooked ground meat and stir to combine.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning on top.
  4. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  5. Let stand for a minute before serving.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like spinach or mushrooms. Adjust seasoning to your preference.
