  • 1 container cottage cheese 24 ounce
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your favorite

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Notes
