- Preheat your oven to 400ºF (204ºC). Butter or spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray, then set it aside to cool slightly.
- In a 12-inch skillet, brown and crumble the sausage (16 ounces) over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Use a slotted spoon to move the sausage to a paper towel-lined plate.
