  • 1 cup Milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter optional
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

  1. Combine milk, protein powder, peanut butter (if using), and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of milk to reach your desired consistency. Add a banana for extra sweetness and thickness.
