Ingredients

For the Chicken Patties
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
For Assembly
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Equipment

  • Grill or Skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form them into patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  4. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns if desired.
  5. Assemble the burgers: spread Caesar dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a cooked chicken patty, shredded romaine lettuce, and shaved Parmesan cheese. Place the top half of the bun on top.

Notes

You can add other Caesar salad toppings like croutons or tomatoes if you like.
