- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form them into patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns if desired.
- Assemble the burgers: spread Caesar dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a cooked chicken patty, shredded romaine lettuce, and shaved Parmesan cheese. Place the top half of the bun on top.
Notes
You can add other Caesar salad toppings like croutons or tomatoes if you like.
