Chicken & Biscuit Dinner Cobbler

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Mixture
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
For the Biscuits
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough 8 count

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Large bowl
  • Skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, chopped onion, and chopped celery. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  5. Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Serve hot.
