- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the garlic butter on each tortilla.
- Place the tortillas on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the tortillas are lightly golden.
- Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a little heat. For crispier garlic bread, you can toast the tortillas for a minute or two before adding the butter and cheese.
