Cheesy Tortilla Garlic Bread

A quick and easy recipe for cheesy garlic bread made with tortillas.

Ingredients
  

For the Garlic Butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fresh or dried
For the Tortillas
  • 4 flour tortillas medium size
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend

  • Baking sheet
  • Small bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the garlic butter on each tortilla.
  5. Place the tortillas on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the tortillas are lightly golden.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a little heat. For crispier garlic bread, you can toast the tortillas for a minute or two before adding the butter and cheese.
