Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Burritos

These burritos combine spicy buffalo chicken with melted cheese for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
For the Burritos
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  3. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly into the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top the chicken mixture with cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Add cilantro, if using.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to create a burrito.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can add other toppings like blue cheese crumbles or sliced jalapeƱos if you like.
