Ingredients
  

For the Quiche
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk or half-and-half
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Equipment

  • 9-inch pie plate
  • Whisk
  • Large bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and the thawed, squeezed spinach.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like diced onions or bell peppers, or cooked crumbled bacon or sausage for variation.
