Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce or to taste
For the Salad
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing optional
  • 1 tsp dill dried
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Buffalo sauce, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, ranch dressing (if using), and dill.
  2. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

This salad is great served on lettuce wraps, in sandwiches, or with crackers.
