Method
- Dice the onion and bell peppers into 1/4 inch cubes. Smash and chop the garlic.
- In a skillet, warm up some butter and olive oil and let the butter melt.
- Add the crushed garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Cook until soft and the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced rib meat and cook until warm throughout.
- Add your BBQ sauce and let it simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- While the sauce is coming together, bring water to a boil and cook the spaghetti noodles.
- When the pasta is done, strain it and save some of the pasta water to add to the sauce.
- Mix the noodles and sauce together and take the skillet off the heat. Add some garlic parm wing dust, if using, and serve with shredded cheese.
Notes
Save pasta water to help the sauce coat the noodles better.
