- Arrange the sliced fresh mozzarella and sliced strawberries on a serving platter.
- Tuck the torn fresh basil leaves among the mozzarella and strawberries.

Notes
For a homemade balsamic glaze, simmer 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until it reduces by half and thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool before using.
