Baked Cod with Lemon

For the Cod
  • 4 cod fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the cod.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the cod.
  5. Arrange the lemon slices on top of the cod fillets.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
