Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 1 container Boursin cheese Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  4. Spread the Boursin cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Serve immediately with your favorite sides such as roasted vegetables or rice.
