Ingredients
  

For the Toast
  • 1 slice Bread Your favorite kind
For the Topping
  • 1/2 Avocado Ripe
  • 1 Egg Cooked to your preference (fried, poached, scrambled)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Optional
  • 1 tbsp Mixed seeds e.g., chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Black pepper

Equipment

  • Toaster
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Toast the bread slice until golden brown.
  2. While the bread is toasting, prepare your egg.
  3. Mash the avocado in a small bowl with a fork. Stir in lemon juice if using, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
  5. Top the avocado toast with your cooked egg.
  6. Sprinkle the mixed seeds over the egg and avocado.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
