Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Divide the apple mixture evenly among the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll them up from the bottom, similar to a burrito.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the tortillas with melted butter.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
