Method
- Add the chopped apple, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and honey (if using) to your blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If it's too thin, add a few more ice cubes.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, you can use frozen apple chunks. You can also add a tablespoon of oats for extra fiber.
