Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1.5 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Equipment

  • Air fryer

Method

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  5. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
  6. Air fry for 16 to 18 minutes, flipping the thighs halfway through the cooking time, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your chicken thighs. For crispier skin, you can use skin-on thighs and increase the temperature slightly for the last few minutes of cooking.
