- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 16 to 18 minutes, flipping the thighs halfway through the cooking time, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your chicken thighs. For crispier skin, you can use skin-on thighs and increase the temperature slightly for the last few minutes of cooking.
