Method
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or nonstick spray. Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, and olive oil.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken, including between the skin and the thigh meat.
- Place the chicken in the greased basket, skin side up, and cook for 14 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉ on an instant read thermometer.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Store the cooked chicken thighs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
