Method
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then put them in a bowl.
- Combine all the seasonings in a separate bowl. Pour the seasoning mix over the chicken and use your hands to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the chicken smooth side down into the air fryer basket. Spray the chicken with nonstick spray or olive oil spray. Cook at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
- When the air fryer signals it is done, use tongs to flip the chicken over. Cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes on the second side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Notes
Calories listed are an estimate per chicken thigh. If you use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, you will likely need to cook them for about 5 more minutes.
