- In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until well combined and smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. You can lightly grease it if needed.
- Pour about 1/4 of the mixture into the skillet, spreading it thinly to form a wrap shape.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Use a spatula to carefully flip the wrap.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture to make more wraps.
- Serve warm with your favorite fillings.
