Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full fat recommended
  • 2 large eggs

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until well combined and smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. You can lightly grease it if needed.
  3. Pour about 1/4 of the mixture into the skillet, spreading it thinly to form a wrap shape.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Use a spatula to carefully flip the wrap.
  5. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make more wraps.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite fillings.

Notes

These wraps are best served immediately. You can add seasonings like garlic powder or herbs to the cottage cheese mixture for extra flavor.
