My name is Violet Hayes, I’m a 45 year old American chef, and my passion for cooking began with my grandfather. He was a chef devoted to healthy cuisine, and from an early age I was inspired by the way he used food to bring both nourishment and joy.
Following his legacy, I chose to specialize in keto and high-protein recipes, creating meals that not only taste amazing but also support a healthier lifestyle. For me, cooking has never been just about preparing food , it’s about helping people feel stronger, live better, and enjoy every bite without compromise.
Over the years, I’ve built my career step by step beginning with small scale catering and nutrition focused meal prep, then moving into recipe development and food consulting.
